Organ, eye and tissue transplants offer patients a new chance at healthy, productive, normal lives and return them to their families, friends and communities. Here are some of their stories.
Transplant Team of Connecticut has been very busy with various fundraisers and bringing awareness to the public the importance of organ and tissue donation. We are looking forward to going to the Donate Life Transplant Games of America to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah in August. Any recipients,donor families,living donors,supporters or professionals are welcome to attend our meetings to learn more about our team.
