Christine, kidney recipient

kidney transplant recipient
Before Christine got her kidney transplant, she felt tired all the time. Once an avid hiker, all she could do was go to work, then come home and go to bed. Today, Christine is hiking again, doing aerobics, even kick-boxing.

Best of all, Christine and her husband Richard recently adopted a baby girl. At 21-months old, Sarah is constantly moving and mom Christine is right behind her. Her kidney transplant allows her to keep up with the physical demands of being a mom.
